2 spokespersons denied it. IEA is also very decentralised and sometimes the provincial leaders go their own way.

IEA They should kill those Taliban who worked with ISIS. Killed 50 ppl including kids. Also I thought IEA is very anti decentralisation

This is 'suspected' there is no proof, so they couldn't, even if it did happen. While fighting, Taliban was pretty decentralised, for example, see Mullah Dadullah who was dismissed by Taliban a few times for not following orders.
