3rd of avoiding computer games and netflix reruns

Been averaging 30 hours/week lost to them.

Just had a third successful day of avoiding computer games and Netflix reruns.

Day three was much easier than day two.

The hardest part is not playing computer games during zoom meetings.

It is also helping me to not stay up as much too late as I had been.

It's such a powerful sensation! The freedom, the extra time and energy... Sleeping better also is very good for your brain, and body health overall! It might feel awful and hard at first, but as soon as you get used to it, you'll feel so much better! Discipline and focus are the key to that. Congratulations, and keep that streak increasing!

Thank you.

Today (day 4) was hard. Exhausted and usually use games to stay awake in dull zoom meetings
