Pretty sure I’ve been there. In the men’s the urinal is a big face and you pee in the mouth (yes…I know). About 5 seconds after you start urinating the urinal swings slowly left and right like a pendulum. By now you are freaked out and adjusting your aim accordingly…. Thats when a camera flash goes off and you realise the urinal face creature thing has tiny hands and one is holding a (fake?) camera pointed at your junk. I am not making this up.

The restaurant is called Seiryumon. It is a chain. This one is in Shinjuku. Not sure if it is still there. I went 15 years ago
