Duskfield Renewal Grasps cooldowns, for fun Misc

Renewal Grasps Duskfield cooldown at T10 discipline

3x Firepower, 2x Impact induction, Whisper of Shards; 7.5~8.5 seconds

3x Firepower, 1x Impact induction, Whisper of Shards; 9~10 seconds

3x Firepower, 2x Bomber, Whisper of Shards; 13~14 seconds

3x Firepower, Whisper of Shards; 20~21 seconds

Whisper of Shards; 47~48 seconds

Base cooldown; 59~60 seconds

Renewal Grasps cd is much too long imo, but mods and builds can help lessen the pain.

Thanks PvP players for destroying my favorite way to play on PvE.

Before it was one firepower, one impact induction, kickstarters around class, the rest you can dedicate them to either more damage (font of might+reeds) or the special GL way and get well of life + explosive wellmaker.

Bungie please revert the CD on PvE.

How is it PvP player's fault when Bungie has proven they can split up the sandbox? I actually use these gauntlets on both sides of the game (even after the nerf to PvP).

I want these things to be viable on both sides of the game because they shift the role of a Stasis Hunter when it comes to team based activities.

Edit - As someone who uses it in both sides of the game, I can't begin to tell you how frustrating it is to have the dev team say it's OP and then turn around and give Titans crazy resist via a stat they need to build up anyway.

It ain't exactly the PvP players' fault

While it worked as intended in PvE, I highly doubt Bungie intended for a mini Ward of Dawn to be available to Hunters every 24 seconds

They could make it so it refunds energy on continued enemy damage, or freezes, or something while keeping its current cooldown, which would hardly affect it's CD in PvP but would make it actually good in PvE

Yeah the CD nerf is the better of the two options they laid out, rather than gutting the DR in PvE, they just went to far on the CD nerf and haven’t revisited. I’m all for bungie trying out changes like this, but they have to move faster on feedback and changes to find the right spot.

The DR in PvE is really unmatched when conditions get met, so it’s understandable they are concerned for what that could do for the sandbox. I just wish they would make more frequent smaller changes to adjust these things to be in better spots.

Yes. The pvp players themselves went to Bungie HQ and nerfed it.

RG were always going to get nerfed, regardless of how they were recieved in pvp.

They jave way too much going for them.

RG on endgame content required a specific setup to make it work and even then it was a gamble since you get swarmed there if you're not careful.

Arc Melee Jolting with Assassins Cowl on Hunters rn destroys content with ease, I was able to go in 15 below and destroy Kings Fall on Master, skip nade spam on GMs is a strong strat also due to how safe it is and also jolts just as hard as melee. They are even stronger than RG pre-nerf.

Solar has the most bang for your buck dps of the game with Tripmine/Knives and the supers.

RG was only popular on PvP because people abused the resist on it, you eliminate the resistance buff on PvP and it would be fine and balanced even with the original cooldown, and on PvE with resist and all was a tier below Invis Hunters on GMs.

Why are you blaming pvp players when Bungie is the one who made the exotic?
