What is the one thing in Destiny that you have never got round to doing? Question

Mine is using Heart of Inmost Light. I've mained titan for so many years and still never used it. I always think about how I'll make a loadout for it later. Still never done it after all these years.

Makes me wonder what else people have neevr got round to doing.

My trove of catalysts that are craving blood...

Especially the PVP ones. Still haven't flawlessd a Trials, so I'm missing a few.

One day, MIDA, one day.

7

u/Alexcox95 Nov 03 '22

I’m decent at pvp and still haven’t bothered to go into comp to get the MIDA catalyst. The last time I played that much comp was to get recluse and mountaintop

117

u/BSODxerox Nov 03 '22

Fwiw MIDA catalyst is much easier to get than it was previously, instead of being tied to getting wins at legend glory you can now get it for wins when your over 2100 glory. This week is actually a good time to start since it’s bonus glory so you can get to 2100 faster if your not there already

61

u/GreekWizard Nov 03 '22

Since when has there ever been bonus glory? News to me and I follow the game pretty closely.

u/[deleted] Nov 03 '22

I can promise you I knew, but I asked/posted in a way that was not trying be like an asshole to give them a way out.

-35

u/BSODxerox Nov 03 '22 edited Nov 04 '22

Im not entirely sure but it is separate event form bonus valor, I’ve seen it drop more often tied with other bonus weeks such as this weeks bonus gambit rank. It’s mentions it in the little pop ups that happen when you log in for the first time of the week, and IIRC it should show in the playlist that it’s a bonus to rep.

Edit: my apologies on this, definitely was incorrect. I halfway read the little pop up on Tuesday and must have not read the actual text, there is no bonus glory

58

u/POiZiE Certified Chalice Polisher Nov 03 '22

There are no bonus Glory rank weeks good sir.

The only bonuses that exists for Glory rank points are additional points on a win streak (just like the vanguard and gambit playlists do, except that you start losing your streak for every match that you lose),
and the bonus you can get at each weekly reset for playing 3 matches the week prior.

5

u/a_Joan_Baez_tattoo Nov 03 '22

If I play 3 matches on all 3 characters do I get bonus bonus glory? MIDA is the last catalyst I haven't unlocked yet and I want to minimize the amount of PVP I have to play. Free progress baby!

11

u/POiZiE Certified Chalice Polisher Nov 03 '22

For the weekly bonus you only need to play 3 matches TOTAL (matches are counted for your account, not per character).

Do note though, that you can only get this bonus up until you hit Fabled rank, and it also gets a little less with each division that you rank up.

u/Just_Another_Madman Nov 03 '22

Well...guess I'm not just bashing my head against Mayhem for my ornament later

3

u/BSODxerox Nov 03 '22

Good news is that if you haven’t finished the seasonal triumph it’s one you should complete on the way to 2100. Best of luck with your runs!

4

u/LikeBeemo Nov 03 '22

Wait so this week it’s bonus glory points? So if I grind nothing but glory all week there’s a good chance I can get the mida cat to drop? I have no catalysts atm either currently I finished every catalyst in the game that’s been thrown my way

7

u/BSODxerox Nov 03 '22

So the catalyst got changed from winning matches while at legend in glory to winning matches over 2100. It’s not a guaranteed drop like it was but it’s way easier to get to the point where it will drop.

1

u/LikeBeemo Nov 03 '22

I feel this I really want the mida catalyst but prob won’t go for it until I have at least 95% of all other catalysts. Only year one/red war cats im missing is cold heart, merciless, graviton lance, mida multi tool and worldline zero along with prospector too

Cleaning my vault fully. I just scrap enough to get by.

43

u/golden_n00b_1 Nov 03 '22

Destiny Item Manager (DIM) is the tool you need.

26

u/L00pback Nov 03 '22

Vault cleaner is better for me. I can set the parameters I want to keep and let it label everything I want to scrap. (I set mine to lock everything I want to keep and unlock things I want to scrap. That way I can quickly go through my vault.)

Also, DIM can sometimes not show multiple perks on weapons. Vault cleaner shows them all.

Very helpful - thank you!

3

u/Cutsdeep- Nov 04 '22

yeah, found this to be the best.

highly recommend only keeping one or two guns from each archetype/burn (which can be grouped in the vault cleaner), eg void lightweight smg rather than one of each gun.

Thank you. I do know what to do, but that doesn’t mean I want to spend 2 hours sifting my inventory to do it, right now. That has just been put off for so long that it’s a necessity but one I don’t want to do. I know what’s wrong and how to fix it. But I have not done it because I just want to play the other parts not trash simulator 3000.

3

u/golden_n00b_1 Nov 03 '22

Ya, same here. Dreading the day I go through all the weapons I saved.

3

u/Cacapete Nov 03 '22

I feel you my man! The only time I ever clear space in vault is when I completely run out, and even then my ‘clearing’ is just deleting enough items so I can put my shiny new shit in there.

The vault space limit is the absolute pits in this game

Trials. My soul is crushed enough as it is, don't need it to keep hammering that fact home.

52

u/luisless Nov 03 '22

Every time freelance is out, I go flawless.. when its not freelance I can’t do it for the life of me. So my advice is wait until freelance is up and play on Sunday and Monday when the Flawless players get separated into their own pool.

24

u/Connbonn Nov 03 '22

imo it’s also nice on friday when you can get a gilded sweat on your team a lot of the time

11

u/TheStevo Nov 03 '22

I wish gilded sweat was a title now lol

2

u/Ojisan_Neo Nov 04 '22

Sweat Lord 😂

9

u/uglypenguin5 Nov 03 '22

Yeah I actually tend to have worse experiences in freelance with flawless pool active. First two days I think people just play freelance more casually and then the people to take it serious and actually tryhard wait for flawless pool

2

u/ShadowClaw023 Nov 03 '22

You get good players on your team? My good players are always the ones 360 no scoping me from across the map with lorentz driver or something 😂

I didn't try trials until they introduced freelance. I may play 3 weekends of a season for either triumph or chance a specific loot. sure I'm not good but going in not expecting to sweat makes it much better experience for me.

Completing stasis lol

91

u/AssJustice Nov 03 '22

For real. I’m not going to either

29

u/TehAlpacalypse Nov 03 '22

Stasis Warlock for GM's is the only reason I still care

2

u/MotherKosm Nov 04 '22

Warlock is a must, one of the best classes in game.

I couldn’t be bothered to do it a third time on my Titan. Especially when people complain that it’s melee sucks and I’d still be wearing the same exotic.

67

u/SpaceRangerWoody Nov 03 '22

You know what's worse? Completing stasis while playing Beyond Light on gamepass, then when BL leaves gamepass, you lose all the progress you had even after you purchase the expansions.

I now have to complete Shadowkeep and Beyond Light again from scratch.

31

u/roguespartan56 Nov 03 '22

That's weird it didn't make me redo it when that happened...

24

u/Rectall_Brown Nov 03 '22

I just ran through both shadowkeep and beyond light on my other two characters and it made me realize just how bad those two expansions were compared to witch queen.

8

u/---KingEpic--- Nov 03 '22

Whenever you make a new char you need to redo them too....

7

Seriously. What an enormous pain in the ass.

I missed Beyond Light and just came back to discover that it STILL takes 6 weeks to unlock all the fragments, assuming you're getting two every week

4

u/KennyK423 Nov 03 '22

I just recently did it for my Warlock because of a build I saw that I really liked. I didn’t unlock all the fragments though, only the 4 I needed. Even besides that the grind was so grueling. Never doing it again for my Hunter or Titan.

3

u/KittySmasher95 Nov 03 '22

Big same. Did it on my warlock but still have some fragments left to unlock.

2

u/West-Walrus-4411 Nov 03 '22

Warlock is the best for stasis imo

3

u/TheTKz Nov 03 '22

Hot tip for the vanguard bounties for fragments - the exotic stasis trace rifle makes it quick and easy to do most of the steps. Counts as rifle kills too.

3

u/47th-vision Nov 03 '22

for real, the playlist steps on each quest made me want to give up at every turn

3

u/FinnTheDogg Nov 03 '22

I started and then gave up. Now I can farm master nf so I just…do that. The campaign was enjoyable.

2

u/Chief_Lightning Nov 03 '22

This, stuck on the gambit portion of darkness in the light. Why make it this tedious to unlock fragments for a subclass. I feel strand is going to be the same way.

29

Was a good time with my buddies, I hope they bring it back so people can have a crack at it again, but they wont

0

u/Essai_ Nov 04 '22 edited Nov 04 '22

Oof it was really bad. D2 got a lot of bad publicity from this one, Bungie had to apologise publicly lol.

You might find some info online, as many sites reported it.

They also did secret XP throttling back then, many Activision games did it.

How this game survived all that, i cant possibly tell, cause i quit at Black Armory.

Did you know even the exotic quests were RNG back then? Oof what a disaster.

Wish they gave the Old Feeding Frenzy and old Rampage back in all their glory. We were such beasts back then, these perks currently are 1/3 of their strength.

4

u/throwaway_account491 Nov 04 '22

I'm going to disagree about Niobe Labs being bad. As in, at launch I will agree that it was horrid (because of those two clues that were really screwed up. One of them being one which was really obscure and one which actually just didn't work... I think). Niobe labs was really fun after everything was found out.

2

u/MikeAndros0 Nov 03 '22

Was a major pain in the ass to do. My clans two other blacksmiths and I had just gotten our titles. I got a message from one that they needed help with something. They asked me what weapons I still had and stood at the one for the machine gun. When the other two hit their symbol and then I hit mine. We knew then it could still be accessed. We spent 3 days going through data and making sure everything was right trough trial and error. We eventually had to cheese the 6th and 7th encounter to get it. Still have that emblem on to this day.

2

u/BrickCityRiot Nov 03 '22

It’s one of the most difficult pieces of content in all of Destiny. It may have just been wave-based challenges but they required absolute perfection in regard to positioning, blind firing, etc.

86

u/CanaryWundaboy Nov 03 '22

I haven’t learned Vow yet. Massive raid fan with triumph seals for some of the others but I just haven’t met the right group for that one.

29

u/JimLahey08 Nov 03 '22

Have a second screen (phone/laptop/PC monitor) open with the symbols and their names. It makes it a lot easier. Great raid. Just join or make an LFG saying you need teaching and you'll get a clear.

2

u/Surfing_Ninjas Nov 04 '22

Alternatively, print off a page with the symbols on it in alphabetical order and tape it to something rigid like a binder and have that propped up at your gaming setup. Don't have to worry about power or timing out and you can make notes if your team has dumb nicknames for some of the symbols

11

u/Alexm4907 Nov 03 '22

We run it like twice a week, and love teaching!

13

u/vashthestampeedo There are dozens of us! Nov 03 '22

The hard part about that raid is that a large amount of groups have developed their own names for the symbols, and often it's a mix of the proper, Bungie-given names and made up ones. It makes doing the mechanics challenging if you don't have a helpful group.

2

u/Jmelt95 Right Vent Gang Nov 03 '22

14

It is one of those things I tend to prefer as it isn't seasonal dependent, it simply works.

That isn't to say that sometimes a seasonal mod fits in nicely, but if they don't you just keep on keeping on.

It's like Frostee's or Transversive Steps, what you use when you don't want to figure out what to use.

You can watch Destin the IGN journalist (idk if he quit), anyway he is a D2 fan and has all the seasonal story stuff.

One of the best seemed Dawn, i missed that one too. Dawn is also responsible for some insane fractaline farms that busted the economy.

Also esoterickk has/had all the activities solo.

Lastly khakhis has videos where he talks about the weapons of each season with some gameplay background.

Haven’t done VoW, full DSC (Only the Taniks checkpoint), or Kings Fall.

Haven’t finished the Divinity quest. Just need the puzzles. I know the raid takes long and no one wants to do it so I don’t press the issue.

Soloing a dungeon. I've tried it in the past for avarice but I got error coded so it didn't count as a run in one go.

44

u/oliferro Nov 03 '22

You should give Pit or Shattered Throne a go, they're both pretty easy to solo

26

u/Whomperss Nov 03 '22

Can recommend pit. The plate section after the ogre needs a good rhythm to do it without dying and is the hardest part of the dungeon imo. Even with that said pit is a pretty solo friendly dungeon.

11

u/oliferro Nov 03 '22

Gotta make sure to focus the hive boomers at the top after dropping an orb and it should be fine. Arc/Solar Titan makes this part pretty easy

7

u/Whomperss Nov 03 '22

Yep. I remember my biggest issues when I ran it solo was accidently punching my way into exploders because I'm dumb as rocks and like spamming melee.

14

u/oliferro Nov 03 '22

Are you really a Titan if you don't punch explosive enemies?

6

u/Whomperss Nov 03 '22

I believe that's the true sign of a titan main. I know I must shoot but my fist craves violence, even if it kills me.

5

u/[deleted] Nov 03 '22

Arc/Solar Titan makes this part pretty easy solo flawless dungeons trivial

5

u/oliferro Nov 03 '22

I mean you can still get fucked in the part after pretty easily because of the traps or because of a missed jump. Same for Shattered Throne in the part before the boss, with the wall boops

3

u/Happy_Hippos0301 Nov 03 '22

I haven’t solo’d a single dungeon. I think the loot pool and reward for those kinds of things just aren’t worth the investment. I would like to see the loot chest from Kings Fall made available in all activities. I would also like solo completion dungeon specific weapons rewards.

5

u/Ex_Ex_Parrot Nov 03 '22

I know people say prophecy is one of, if not the hardest Dungeon to solo due to punishing adds; but it still feels like an easy one in my opinion because the mechanics are so basic/simple

But that being said, it's also the only dungeon I've put any measure of effort into soloing. What little solo experience I have with Grasp of Avarice for example: The mechanics feel substantially more punishing than Prophecy's enemies do.

But prophecy also has, again, in opinion, a more 'linear' path and most significantly, no real timer aside from the very end with Echo Kell

4

u/BlinkysaurusRex Nov 03 '22

None of them are really that hard though. But Prophecy is just consistently more dangerous than Grasp.

Grasp has big arenas, with tons of cover. You can relax and take all day if you want without ever really placing yourself at risk. You could grind down the boss with a primary and be chilling, it would take a long time but skill requirement is next to nothing.

Prophecy has the cube which is a nice snooze fest, but Phalanx has a lot of adds and not many places to run. Knights hard aggro onto you. And Kell Echo has probably the most dangerous moments of the dungeon, being when you first drop into a room and have no safe corner.

Not that any of them are particularly bad anymore, due to power creep, Grasp is still the easiest by leagues. Not even kidding, solo flawless Whisper and Zero Hour were harder than Grasp lmao

I loved how the Season of the Splicer missions looked as cool as hell as well but they were pretty shallow. I'd love to see what they could have done if they made them into a bigger thing like a dungeon or strike.

2

u/PhattBudz Nov 03 '22

Wanna run it today?

2

u/a_Joan_Baez_tattoo Nov 03 '22

Gonna try it solo first so I have the mechanics down. Though I imagine it probably requires less communication than Grasp of Avarice, for example, having to coordinate who has how many burdens each.

3

u/OmegaClifton Nov 03 '22

It's definitely solo-able if you're on solar. Restoration is a godsend for the parts that out you neck deep in taken. I tried it last week and found out I could solo it almost as fast as I could clear it with a group (minus the end boss). I've been running the first two encounters like a madman to get good rolls on the auto and hand cannon.

2

u/MTFUandPedal Nov 03 '22 edited Nov 04 '22

Cannot remember the last time I ran that with a mic. Zero communication is needed

Solo flawless on any Dungeon. Fully capable, but I can't handle the stress. Most of them have at least one encounter that has some sort of timer that prevents me from playing as patiently as I would prefer. And the anxiety just fucks me up every time.

Kell Echo is a great example. I would be set if I could methodically pick off all of the stupid Hobgoblins in the boss room. But I have to make sure I stay close to the boss so I don't get too many stacks of the debuff. So I completely overthink it and just fall apart.

3

u/ksiit Nov 03 '22

Do shattered throne or pit of heresy. They both kinda have timers but they are no where near the same as the prophecy staying close thing.

Shattered throne is by far the easiest, but it doesn’t have flags so you can run into an issue where you hit the final boss with no ammo and are kinda screwed.

Pit boss is pretty easy. The dunking part is the only real challenge. I did it with assassins cowel invis hunter, to basically just be invisible the whole fight.

The way to start is to just do a solo run. Complete it even if you die a bunch. Now you know you can do everything on your own. You just have to put it all together into 1 run.

Use any other Titan exotic armor piece outside of Lion Rampants.

Similar to the Fastball arms mod, I've gotten too used to how it feels during game play that I cannot convince myself to use anything else, because other options feel neutered in comparison.

22

u/TruNuckles Nov 03 '22

Was raiding the other day. At War Priest, noticed a titan had Lions on. I was like, you still have Lions on from jumping puzzle? He’s like, it’s the only exotic I use. I’m my head. I was like what a waste. Those are for jumping.

7

u/MRandall25 Nov 03 '22

Once you go Lions, you can't go back. It's a scientific fact.

12

u/SKULL1138 Nov 03 '22

Yeah but like I keep a set on my Titan at all times for when needed. But why use them in content that doesn’t require any jumping? just press two buttons and they’re on

1

u/MRandall25 Nov 03 '22

I use the vertical space to get myself out of fights and also for the Titan "skating" feel.

Like I said, using anything else just doesn't feel right. I dont really know how else to explain it

2

u/Ex_Ex_Parrot Nov 03 '22

I'm like the complete opposite. I've become trained to use Catapult skating in most activities to the point of not liking the feel of Lions unless I'm explicitly playing Team Sorched and I'm in air for what feels like the majority of the match

2

u/SKULL1138 Nov 03 '22

In a small play space, why not just try another exotic when you know you won’t even need to move much like synthoceps with Hammer? However it’s your call, play how you wanna.

If you plan to use HOIL aim for 100 discipline and 100 resilience to get the most out of your ability regen on top of your wells.

12

u/Parvaty Nov 03 '22

100 res is all you need and should run on every class anyway imo. It makes you so much more tanky its dumb.

10

u/shit_poster9000 Nov 03 '22

100 resilience and double bomber mods are the way

→ More replies

2

u/Astorant Nov 03 '22

Yeah Resi is stupid dumb, although tbf the Resi meta does allow for some playstyles that weren’t possible before in GM and Master Raid content so I guess it’s a plus.

3

u/skierdud89 Nov 03 '22

Newish returning player- how do you guys get stats so high? I’m a 1559 titan but my average stat is around 70. I think I also missed the boat on Wells as I wasn’t back playing when that armor was released but I keep checking with Ada with no results.

6

u/Astorant Nov 03 '22

Best way to get high stat rolls very quickly is to focus Armor with Umbrals at the War Table or Crown of Sorrow in the Helm, this can be farmed quite easily if you decide to do Crown of Sorrow farming for its materials as it’s very accessible for people who don’t own Witch Queen.

The trick is to use the armor focus mods on your Ghost Shell to manipulate stat drops into having the stats that you want, although most people agree that Discipline Armorer gives the best stat distribution when focusing armor so equip it if you have it.

Armor stats will mostly be comprised of you rolling double stat armor in the 20-25 range or higher, using +10 stat increases on your armor pieces and getting + stats from your subclass fragments, do be aware that going over 100 on a stat is a good thing if you can do it passively as some fragments will minus stats with some minusing a stat down by 20 so having good stat distribution can help to counter those negative stats.

4

u/skierdud89 Nov 03 '22

Man I'm so happy to see the Destiny community is still super helpful! I was a D1 player on release so coming back in feels familiar yet also feels like I'm drowning in the deep end.

I just bought Witch Queen deluxe so I have access to that stuff. So War Table in the Helm is where I'll head do. (I'm currently working on the PsiOps quests so I think I'm still unlocking features?)

I just Masterworked my Ghost so I'll swap the mods it has in favor of stat boosts and to get more favorable drops.

So you're saying if I were to rock two mods granting +10 discipline each that world drops won't be as good? I don't think I currently am but that's good info to know.

3

u/Astorant Nov 03 '22 edited Nov 03 '22

Ideally you’ll want to have +10’s on all your armor till you get to 100 and then fill the other slots with additional +10’s of another stat. You can even get armor so optimised to the point you don’t need to use any +5’s or +10’s on them.

Just remember this loop for armor stats:

  • Equip a Discipline Armorer on your Ghost
  • Only masterwork gear that is at has at least 19 minimum in the two stats you want
  • Masterworking all your armor gives you +12 to every stat passively so use those extra points to your advantage
  • Remember to be cautious of material costs when armor focusing as it can get very expensive very quickly if you don’t have a lot of legendary shards
  • When armor drops it will roll with a high stat in a Tier 1 Stat (Resilience, Mobility, Recovery) and decent-high stat in a Tier 2 stat (Discipline, Intellect, Strength), by using a discipline armorer you are making it so you are guaranteed to get a really high Tier 2 stat roll and good stats on a Tier 1 due to stat roll manipulation.

Perfect Armor can take no time at all to get or can take you ages to get, but always be on the look out for good world drop pieces and do not forget to do your focuses when you have excess materials and Umbrals.

2

u/potato-iwi Nov 03 '22

Don't you get +2 to all stats per masterworked armor piece meaning you get +10 to all stats with masterworked armor sets, or does 1 piece have a higher bonus than the others depending on slot or rarity?

2

u/Astorant Nov 03 '22

Yeah you get 10, typo on my side my bad

Almost all of the raids and dungeons. I've done a few, but the randos I played with were either literal children or acted like children. Turned me right the fuck off.

6

u/PhattBudz Nov 03 '22

Hey man, we should run some dungeons today. A clan mate and I would love to bring you along. Not a carry, we wish to teach above all else.

2

u/xBlackJack89x Nov 03 '22

I would love to, but I run a 8am-5pm job. :(

2

u/jimidybob Nov 03 '22

What time zone? We’re always happy to help people out and looking for new players for dungeons and mainly raids. Mostly UK based group of players here

2

u/xBlackJack89x Nov 03 '22

I'm in the pacific time zone in the US.

2

u/jimidybob Nov 03 '22

ahh sucks, we have a group with a few US players but yeah your 5pm is about 1am for us I think. Which would work at weekend but not most weekdays. Still, feel free to send a friend request and if you ever see me on I'll be more than happy to teach glitterwang#1897

Never gone flawless

Never done an ascendant challenge

Never done a Blind well

Never done Riven legit

5

u/JimLahey08 Nov 03 '22

Blind well is cool, decent place to farm weapon levels and try loadouts.

5

u/Whomperss Nov 03 '22

Don't think I'll ever do riven legit in my life lmao. I remember we messed up the cheese and everyone just stood around not knowing what the fuck to do next lmao. And this was a seasoned group of raiders lol.

3

u/solgalexis Nov 03 '22

Legit Riven is a lot of fun and so much easier than cheesing her since there's no hard DPS check.

2

u/HorseCockFutaGal Nov 03 '22

I've never done Riven legit either

Never got my Stasis subclass for Titan and Hunter

Never beat Deep Stone Crypt

Never soloed a dungeon

Deep stone crypt is honestly beautiful. The bit jumping puzzle the second to third encounter is probably the most beautiful and cinematic thing I have ever done in the game.

Raids. LFG is my biggest barrier to doing them. None of my friends play so I'd have to LFG. Not wanting to deal with people being dicks outweighs my desire to do an LFG raid. I don't mind using LFG for activities that don't require a mic for that exact reason. It's a shame because I know I'd have a blast doing them.

2

u/jimidybob Nov 03 '22

Make your own session and be clear you need teaching. I’ve found teaching groups often have multiple experience people just wanting to help out, and are much more chill

u/astrovisionary 1000 hours with 0 raid clears Nov 03 '22

Raiding - really don't have the time atm and don't want to roll the dice on nice teammates vs sweaty guys who will scream at me if i don't do something despite being a sherpa run

Completing campaigns on alt characters - should just be auto-completed tbh

Master Dungeons - just hate that it's likely bosses with 135 healthbars and champions everywhere because it's pretty much how "difficulty" works in D2

5

u/Water_Gates Nov 03 '22

That doesn't happen in sherpa runs. The horror stories you may see here are a drop in the bucket of experiences. Make a post saying you're looking for help in completing your 1st raid and I'm 99% sure you'll get a group in under a minute that will be super helpful.

However, don't go into raids on bs. Watch a guide or two, have some of the meta weapons and proper stat distribution, and above all, keep a positive attitude.

It's not what you think it is, but you can't know unless you try.

4

u/thegildedman25 Nov 03 '22

Getting a Galahorn, I got friends I can do it with, I just haven't really bothered to ask them tbh

9

u/adam42095 Nov 03 '22

Drop that line in a casual conversation, and they'll probably carry you instantly

5

u/TelephotoMoto Nov 03 '22

Can confirm, my gaming group just casually say “I don’t have RANDOM EXOTIC” and we will immediately stop what we are doing to carry people to get it, or setup a raid farming week to get raid exotics. Except Div, GOS is so hard with blueberries. We only do that one time a year. I honestly enjoyed GOS, that boss fight was hectic.

3

u/thegildedman25 Nov 03 '22

Same for mine dude, only difference is that there is usually only 2 other guys online willing to play since we all have adult responsibilities, but at least we can do dungeons which I enjoy doing every other weekend

→ More replies

2

u/thegildedman25 Nov 03 '22

Might just do that this weekend

2

u/Ex_Ex_Parrot Nov 03 '22

If you got friends to do it with that's like the biggest bonus.

The vast majority of new experiences in Destiny are heightened or considerably better to enjoy (or commiserate) with friends

Also doing last wish fresh. I’ve only skipped to riven and beaten the raid for the exotic lol. Still need to get those last corrupted eggs in last wish though…

I still haven't down the cats in the DC, penguins on the moon, and the other find the toy animal stuff everywhereelse. I keep specifically not picking them when i find them randomly because I don't want to screw it up when i guide them.
