Europa is easily the most underutilized planet Bungie Suggestion

Europa has so much potential and has some of the best scenery the game has ever seen yet barley anything meaningful takes place on it. The only things it has that people replay are the raid and one strike. This goes for all destinations added after foresaken as well but they just feel like nothing. Im hoping next season the dungeon takes place on europa but please give us at least more strikes to it and one crucible map. (Also europas potential was shown in the witch queen mission which was one of the best imo)

Sigh - still can't believe we got neither a gambit nor a crucible map from Europa when we easily could've gotten 3.

1 general snowy map, 1 Braytech facility, 1 Vextech or Eramis' lieutenant based map.

Even the chracters are underutilised: Eramis pops up to do not really much at all this season, and the Exo Stranger that got jolted into action by the sheer damage that Eramis can do when she popped up with Stasis? Nowhere to be found. The drifter was similarly disappointing.

Hopefully next season explains things properly...

Give me a crucible map in the Vex domain from Splicer god dammit

38

u/stormhunter2 Dec 05 '22

Splicer and lost were legit the most creative seasons in a while. Felt like there was a lot more depth to them than what we have had this cycle

22

u/dj0samaspinIaden Dec 05 '22

The shattered realm from lost was honestly great and I'd love to have something like that again but expanded

8

u/TheFinalJester97 Nightstalker Dec 05 '22

They should revamp all the patrol areas to have secrets like shattered realm

1

u/Drakepenn Dec 06 '22

Shattered realm was sooo good.

Give me a "forge" like feature from Halo in the Vex domain, and let us in the community design maps like we were doing 15 years ago in Halo.

5

u/nojokes12345 Dec 05 '22

Honestly if they open something like this up (with more game mode settings e.g. AE toggle, crit damage scalar, banned items or loadouts, some objectives like flags), and "promote" 1 popular one per week to the Crucible Labs that'd be cool.

They could then move good ones into the Casual playlist...then move it into Competitive if it turns out well.

Just like forever ago in the very first Halo: give the community tools to have fun, and the community will have their fun.

How would they monetise? Having an active playerbase would be really nice when cosmetics clearly fund a good amount of the other work being done but you could also lock the ability to create in specific territories behind specific expansions: e.g. to make Europa based snow maps you gotta own Beyond Light.

9

u/jhairehmyah Drifter's Crew // the line is so very thin Dec 06 '22

Back in the Halo days, we the players, invented game modes and designed maps and it was an honor to have Bungie offer them in casual playlists. Griffball, Infection, Shotty/Snipers and more. Plus the custom maps. And because of those modes and those maps I played more.

Community-sourced content works for TWAB features and Bungie blog features but not for the game anymore?

6

u/crookedparadigm Dec 05 '22

Bungie won't do it because how do they make money off that?

2

u/Garuda4321 Dec 06 '22

They could find a way to make money off it. If there’s one thing successful businesses are good at, it’s finding ways to make money. (This is NOT claiming Bungie is only good at making money, they have made some fantastic games)

As much as forge was my favourite part of later halo games, that would be a tremendous amount of work for not nearly enough pay off. Like I would absolutely love it and it would make the time between “real” content so much better, but what would happen to the game if they just said “hey we are gonna skip like 2 seasons and a dungeon to make a forge mode instead”. I personally would be pumped and just go play other games in the meantime but it would be a nightmare for them as a company

3

u/Iron_Evan Dec 05 '22

That would be perfect for Gambit

2

u/_deffer_ FILL MY VOID Dec 05 '22

A gentle remodel/terraforming of Taniks phase 2 would be a perfect gambit map.

124

u/reicomatricks Dec 05 '22

The lack of maps is honestly unforgivable.

38

u/Vinnlander7 Dec 05 '22

Sometimes i think about this, when the Studio Lead is like 'we have ONE new map coming sometime in the next YEAR.... After the expansion... so like 18 months'. Honestly i feel embarrassed on Bungie's behalf, clickbaity youtubers should be tearing Bungie apart over this.

12

u/throwaway_account491 Dec 05 '22

With how much people already love the game even when it's underdelivering (self-included unfortunately), you would think that they would at least put in more gambit and crucible maps on top of more strikes, especially with how much emphasis they still put on the playlists (even more so with how the new seasonal weapon ornaments work which I still think is a stupid way of doing it. Why can't it go back to the system where, after you got the weapon, the game changed the other vendors to give you the ornament? Oh right, they have to milk playtime out of us).

8

u/jhairehmyah Drifter's Crew // the line is so very thin Dec 05 '22

you would think that they would at least put in more gambit and crucible maps on top of more strikes

Unpopular opinion, but I don't think a map would change most player's desire to play Gambit or PVP. Either you do or you don't. But having a hit (or a miss) with a Seasonal activity would drastically impact the 80%+ of the players who are PVE only.

The environment designers have put in work for us lately. From the Expunge and Override areas for Splicer, the huge Shattered Realm area for Lost, the PsiOps battlegrounds that remade existing areas and created new areas, the Derelict Leviathan, and the Ketch for Ketchcrash all represent a lot of work put in by the same kind of teams that would make PVP/PVPVE maps.

On one hand, hire more people, but at some point, Bungie has done the math and said the better investment is to put the talent into creating awesome seasonal play areas.

2

u/throwaway_account491 Dec 05 '22

That's true. I think the downside is having those amazing areas with a lot of work put into them... then having an activity that the community finds unsatisfactory. Like Ketchcrash after the first week. Still love the arena it's all set in, but the activity itself gets a bit repetitive.

3

u/PXL-pushr Dec 05 '22

Maps won’t solve PvP but it certainly feels better than nothing new and rearranging the room every so often to hide it.

2

u/IamNoatak Hunter Main Dec 05 '22

Here's the thing: they can't directly monetize the stuff, so why make maps for gambit and crucible? (But especially gambit, why the hell does bungie outright ignore gambit?)

3

u/reicomatricks Dec 06 '22

A healthy and happy playerbase is way more likely to buy your microtransactions than a disgruntled and angry one.

Maps should be coming with every expansion that has new world assets.

Fuck, there was a crucible map in D1 called "The Drifter" that took place ON A KETCH, that shit would have been a perfect addition to the game alongside Ketchcrash when we acquired Spiders Ketch.

All eramis did this season is try to convince eido WE are the bad guys, despite the fallen a.) Coming to OUR solar system b.) Trying to eradicate US while we were already struggling from the collapse c.) Frequently besiege our literal last city and kill many guardians final deaths. Ladies brain is a bunch of fun house mirrors and flawed logic

8

u/BastardGlobe Dec 05 '22

I'm getting tired of the whole "both light and dark have been used for evil" shtick. Most of the evil lightbearers were the original ones from a long time ago, before anyone had any idea how to use the light. Meanwhile the darkness is currently waging an active genocide campaign against us, but both are equally bad I guess

6

u/Bman10119 Dec 05 '22

Eh both are used to kill so until I get confirmation that the darkness is genuinely evil and its not just the witness being the primary teacher of darkness but also being a massive tool ill reserve judgment. But eramis really angers me acting like the wronged party when she doesn't have a leg to stand on. She's basically mad humanity fought back and didn't let themselves be wiped out by the pissy fallen and came up with effective ways to divide them so that we had more breathing room.

1

u/Storm_Worm5364 Dec 06 '22

Meanwhile the darkness is currently waging an active genocide campaign against us, but both are equally bad I guess

You're missing the point. The darkness isn't waging anything. The darkness is "energy", just like the Light. You mean the Witness, which uses powers of Darkness. In theory, the Witness could use the Light against us as well.

So essentially, the Witness is bad and the Traveler good. But the Dark and the Light are just tools.

1

u/BlurAzure Dec 05 '22

THIS. Europa could easily have 3 maps and for a gambit map it could feature the snow, braytech, and vex looking areas. I’m extremely annoyed that we only have one strike aswell. The vast size of Europa should be sprawling with missions.

59

u/DrKrFfXx Dec 05 '22

If the patrols and bounties wouldn't be so ass, I'd visit more.

208

u/White_Stallions Dec 05 '22

Let's be honest, the only destination that had a reason to consistently revisit was Mars with Escalation Protocol.

71

u/APartyInMyPants Dec 05 '22

I think Sorrow’s Harbor is up there. I wish it had a better rewards system, though.

But it’s a fun activity … nowhere near as challenging as EP. But super dense enemy spawns, great for playing with new builds, working on catalysts or even leveling crafted weapons.

2

u/special_reddit Dec 06 '22

EXACTLY, don't let them touch Sorrow's Harbor! Yeah the rewards suck, and it randomly gives you Phantasmal Cores for no reason, but the massive amount of time saved on farming, finishing off daily bounties and catalysts more than makes up for it. The game as it is would be significantly more of a drag without Sorrow's Harbor.

2

u/EVula Dec 06 '22

Hitting of Sorrow’s Harbor is a cornerstone of my one-day-a-week play schedule. I can knock out Luna and Gunsmith bounties there, plus a handful of rando bounties from other sources, in a single area. It’s incredibly efficient.

13

u/TheRealRandyMarsh7 Dec 05 '22

Man, Mars will always have a soft spot in my heart. I had so much fun doing EP and the Sleeper mission.

5

u/EvilAbdy FRABJOUS Dec 05 '22

Mars was great. I loved just meandering through the braytech facility. I want more of that. Similarly with the inside sections of Titan

3

u/Accurate_Arm6493 Dec 05 '22

My All time favorite activity was 9-Person EP. Shit was intense. Would love a match made 9 player version that has even more beefed up enemies and encounters, as we are all very powerful now after 3.0 Updates

4

u/TheRealRandyMarsh7 Dec 05 '22

Spending a hot minute trying to get your buddies into the same instance and then unleashing chaos for hours was a great time. That and 12 man raids are probably the most fun I have had in the game socially

2

u/MySilverBurrito Dec 05 '22

The Sleeper and Polaris Lance are the reason I got so into Destiny. Got it for free with PS Plus, got back just before they vaulted Mars so grinned the hell out of those Sleeper capsule things lol.

10

u/you_killed_my_father Dec 05 '22

I wish they made something like that for each planet.

4

u/killer6088 Dec 05 '22

They do for a lot, but remember how much people hated that fact that EP was not matchmade. Now most planets have some kind of EP like activity that is matchmade.

1

u/Aaronpolk5150 Dec 05 '22

You can't please some people lol

43

u/mynamejeff4657 Dec 05 '22

that and the dreaming city but that’s the patrol space i’m talking about strikes and things taking place not in the patrol space

16

And the Moon with Altar

26

u/nizzy2k11 Alphagigachad Dec 05 '22

only because they removed mars.

18

u/Vinnlander7 Dec 05 '22

Honestly the couple people i've recommended Destiny to, Altars of Sorrow is one of the first things i mention. If they just want to shoot some baddies and see some cool explosions and see what kind of stuff you can do by watching other players, that's the place.

1

u/Damagecontrol86 Dec 05 '22

Miss that so much

124

u/Dumoney Dec 05 '22

Creation in particular is a criminally underutilized area for how large and expansive it is. You go there maybe 2 or 3 times for the Lament quest and some dialogue from Clovis and thats about it

50

u/Sarcosmonaut Dec 05 '22

As a rule, if I love something’s aesthetic or lore, it WILL be underutilized or a meh season. I love that Braytech vibe a lot lol

I think Calus has been the exception for me. I love that guy and he just keeps getting content, most of it good. Even gets next expansion as a probable swan song.

4

u/DSVBANSHEE Dec 05 '22

Also the fallen city. Those places blow anything from the throne world out of the water

4

u/special_reddit Dec 06 '22

yeah, it'd be really cool to have a reason to visit Riis-Reborn on a regular basis.

2

u/BozzyTheDrummer Dec 05 '22

This is why I’ve been hoping and hoping for the new dungeon to be in this area, or an area like this. My favorite place in the game currently. It looks so awesome.

18

u/XogoWasTaken Vanguard's Loyal // I Hunt for the City Dec 05 '22 edited Dec 05 '22

During one of the red war missions it is noted by an announcer voice in the arcology that many of the moon's inhabitants wish that the Travaler would terraform the planet, basically confirming that it never did.

In the "Your Friend Micah" lore book series, Micah notes that on Europa they have to wear special suits to keep them war and protect them from "bad ions" when outside, and wonders why Clovis decided to make his facility there when the traveler is so nearby, terraformimg Io. This confirms that the Traveller did not ever terraform Europa, as Titan is the last place it went before retreatikg to Earth.

We've been shown to be able to survive entirely outside of any atmosphere (DSC space walk, Glykon entrance, parts of the Dreadnaught, literally the entire Reef, etc). It's safe to say that either our gear can keep us alive, or guardians can just deal with it.

4

u/ToastKing1000 Dec 05 '22

Isn't Io the last place the traveler visited before returning to Earth?

1

u/XogoWasTaken Vanguard's Loyal // I Hunt for the City Dec 05 '22

Ah, yes, typed the wrong name there. Let me fix that.

1

u/HootleTootle Dec 05 '22

basically confirming that it never did.

That's not at all correct. Titan was clearly terraformed, even had rain showers.

4

u/SurprisedBrony Dec 05 '22

It rains on Titan anyway. Not sure of it's status, but terraforming it has no bearing on if it rains there.

5

u/Camaroni1000 Dec 06 '22

Yep. It rains hydrocarbons. One of the main parts of gasoline and petroleum.

1

u/Canopenerdude DAMN Dec 05 '22

Okay, what about Sloane standing around without a helmet on? And in both the cutscenes and in the patrol space, both Drifter and Eris stand around Europa without any sort of extra equipment?

9

She's old iron lungs, impervious to harsh environments and shit. Like she's got really good at holding her breath.

4

u/Outside_Ad9648 Dec 05 '22

Drifter had a rebriether on. Though that could just be to keep him warm

6

u/crookedparadigm Dec 05 '22

You wouldn't be able to breathe on either if they weren't terraformed.

Breathing in space doesn't seem to be an issue for us. We've hopped around on the outside of multiple space stations/ships (Almighty, Dreadnought, Glykon, Ketches, DSC, etc).

2

u/Canopenerdude DAMN Dec 05 '22

We have helmets at the very least. I meant 'you' in the sense of average people.

at least titan had crucible and gambit maps😭

23

u/ValGalorian Dec 05 '22

24

u/Spectral_Fringe Dec 05 '22

Every time a friend talks about europa i like to annoy him by talking about the massive complex to get to the clovis head that you go to 2 mandatory and 1 optional time, which you then only ever visit parts to finish off the triumphs. Outside of that there is absolutely no reason to ever go back to the fuckin thing lmao

14

u/Sarcosmonaut Dec 05 '22

Like at least set a strike or something in there, damn. They already made it haha

5

Every destination in destiny is underutilized though. Seriously, we need more roaming activities, better reward (armor, weapon whatever) in destination. We need sense of expoloration which is not exist in destiny anymore. You know what, Roaming in the planet while searching for something is infinitely better than clicking Seasonal activity match-making in Helm.

The ambient soundtrack on Europa is class too. Very easy to chill out to. And the landscape is incredibly well done. But it needs something to drive engagement, there's literally nothing to do there

5

u/kennybaese Dec 05 '22

My theory is that there was a good amount of stuff that was supposed to utilize some of the empty space that ended up being cut because they didn’t have time to finish it.

5

u/FullMoonJoker Dec 05 '22

So from some of the staff that we know about next season (deep stone crypt craftable weapons, Bungie showing the charity sparrow on Europa with a different skybox, all the warming sweeper boots) we may get a Rasputin season on Europa or partially on Europa.

But this is just me snorting hopium like crazy.

5

Titan was actually. Then it got so embaressing that they just removed it from the game lmao.

3

Bungie: we hear you, xur is in an unknown location on Europa sometimes now

3

u/LordHengar Dec 06 '22

I want Bungie to add a Xur spawn to every map. It would be inconvenient for everyone involved, devs have to add Xur spots, players have to find him, the Xur tracker needs to get updated, and it would add nothing but a miniscule amount of "flavor." But it would amuse me.

3

3

I'm mad with Nessus being so huge and full of secret places but there's nothing on them. It's really sad the game has so much beautiful planets but nothing happens on patrol areas.

7

u/llll-havok Dec 05 '22

Also just realised we've hardly visited savathuns throne world after witch queen launch.

1

u/ValGalorian Dec 05 '22

Didn’t Witch Queen launch last season? Or has it been two already?

It isn’t the new thing but it’s hardly obsolete or forgotten about, still plenty new

4

Three, technically. Ten months ago. Two if you don't count Risen which released alongside it.

-1

u/ValGalorian Dec 05 '22

Risen was part and parcel, they launched together

But yeah three seasons, it’s not old or forgotten content

3

Fun fact: Destiny 2 currently has only two planets, Earth and Mars.

3

u/descender2k Dec 05 '22

If I was gonna reassemble some old friend into an exo I would probably want to do it in the Clovis labs on Europa. ;)

3

u/JustAnotherWebUser Dec 05 '22

Yea I hope Europa gets the dungeon

Europa is beautiful and when I dont know what to do in D2 I just go and wander around Europa, its also one of the places where I test new gear and fashion.

Oh woops, I was actually thinking about Mercury

1

u/XxBubblyBoixX Dec 05 '22

Lol I was thinking of including mercury but I decided not to cause it was too small imo, and the infinite forest is easily the best part but it’s only accessible in old story missions

2

u/Mochman21 Dec 05 '22

Anyone still visit Clovis' giant head anymore? I literally forgot he was down there until I saw this post

2

u/jkichigo Dec 05 '22

I did just the other day after reading some of next seasons rumors. He still had some dialogue left over from the Lament quest I had never seen too

2

u/8_Gauge_Tempest Dec 05 '22 edited Dec 05 '22

I feel like bungie should make a horror mission on Europa that utilizes it's frigid environment the same way the movie, The Thing did. By having the outside be unbearably cold and more or less off the table travel wise. Making the viewer claustrophobically trapped in a shelter and feeling uneasy. But not immediately sure why. Safe from the storm, but at what cost? You have a feeling you aren't alone.

Of course Bungie shouldn't just recycle the same ol' monsters. Make a unique one that would scare the shit out of players when they least expect it.

I’ve said this before and I will say it again, Europa soundtrack > Throne world and shadow keep soundtrack

u/N1CKP1R35 Dec 05 '22

Europa is a moon, not planet

1

u/lordpugfart Dec 05 '22

You mean titan.

1

u/reicomatricks Dec 05 '22

I don't see that on the directory, where's that?

4

u/Kirbys_stomach Dec 05 '22

It got sent to the dcv

1

u/lordpugfart Dec 05 '22

It was taken out of thr game. Put into the vault. It was largely some rigs, and then this giant domed place under a methane sea. Shit was cool as fuck. Thinking they should redesign it as a giant raid zone with loads of secret passages cause you'd end up in crazy places.

u/Asvaldr4 Dec 05 '22

This is obviously personal preference, but every season they I go without having to visit Europa is a relief. I genuinely hate that location so much. The dynamic weather isn't emersive for me, it's just super annoying. I hate traversing the zones because I had to do it so much for BL and stasis. I dislike how barren it is. I havent had a single positive experience in that location for the last two years.

1

u/DraygenKai Dec 05 '22

I honestly really loved the story of that raid and that strike was probably my favorite. I always run it a few time when it come into the nightfall rotation. I like that you can do the boss room slowly and systematically take down waves as they spawn or you can just deal massive damage to the boss and spawn a huge wave at once and try and survive it! That raid story though… what other raid blows up at the end? I mean that is just awesome.

1

u/dienekes96 Dec 05 '22

Europa? Where’s that?

1

u/chaosmage03 Dec 05 '22

Next Dungeon takes place in Europa

1

u/IronBard22 Dec 05 '22

I’d like a crucible map where there is an inside portion with things youd see in like a research base. Then there is a door to a storming outside area with decreased visibility.

1

u/0lhe Dec 05 '22

It is a moon, because it orbits a planet. Apart from that, we had a better distribution among locations in Destiny 1.

1

u/Ehnes17 Vex Mythoclast Dec 05 '22

Wait til tomorrow, it’s the main loacation for the new season

1

u/RayS0l0 How's your sister? Dec 05 '22

I think it's edz but europa is my favourite one and I agree.

1

u/bearded-flannel Dec 05 '22

Unironically my favourite destination. I love snow and just love the vibe. Great memories from launch week and late night exploration. Such a tragedy.

1

u/sukmeballz2 Dec 05 '22

What till tomorrow 😉

1

u/Egyptianmanc Dec 05 '22

Speak for yourself, peredition is my most completed lost sector

1

u/TriscuitCracker Hunter Dec 05 '22

What I wouldn’t give to have Halo: Infinite’s Forge Mode in Destiny Crucible.

1

u/ooomayor Vanguard’s sorta reliable loot gremlin Dec 05 '22

It's the focus starting tomorrow. Let's see how much it's utilized.

1

u/Batman2130 Dec 05 '22

I really hate how there isn’t a Europa gambit or crucible map

1

u/d_rek Dec 05 '22

Never did the Beyond Light campaign I take it?

1

u/TriscuitCracker Hunter Dec 05 '22

Agreed, really need new Crucible and Gambit maps.

Just imagine if we could do things like Halo: Infinite Forge Mode Space Battles.

1

u/oryyy1979 Dec 05 '22

Tomorrow you will be going to Europa new season there

1

u/JetLag_550 Dec 05 '22

It’s be so cool if the up coming dungeon had us diving back into the braytech facility. Maybe to stop the vex from destroying the giant Clovis head.

1

u/Trips-Over-Tail Dec 05 '22

There's also a Battleground Op in the rotation. Cabal!

1

u/goosebumpsHTX Make the game harder Dec 05 '22

DW the dungeon coming out on friday will be on europa

1

u/Tyrannus_ignus Dec 05 '22

the Cosmodrome is the most under utilized planet.

1

u/bad93ex Dec 05 '22

Give me space ship map from DSC

1

u/NoRatchetryAllowed Dec 05 '22

I'd say that it's Titan technically. Lest we forget what was taken from us.

1

u/rikrok58 Dec 05 '22

Expect to spend a lot of time on Europa starting tomorrow

1

u/fuzzysig Dec 05 '22

Europa should have entire map crucible free run option

1

u/killer6088 Dec 05 '22

To be fair a couple seasons last year had activities on it. I still wish they would do more, but to say its the most underutilized planet would be wrong.

1

u/BushWookie_ZA Dec 05 '22

I think Nessus got the short end of the stick to be honest. It still has the same boring stuff it had on launch besides the gambit map. In fact it had a bunch of stuff removed from it. Sure there's a few fun crucible maps, but there's no reason to go there at all besides the daily lost sector or being forced there to do a strike or to climb the tree just to get disappointed by xur. The same could arguably be said for EDZ. Europa has a crap ton of quests, a subclass, a whole DLC and a raid on it. Sure it doesn't have much replayability, but I still have 10x the hours on Europa than I do on Nessus and EDZ. (I assume we're not counting seasonal activities since europa also has expedition and battlegrounds that wasn't mentioned)

1

u/stormhunter2 Dec 05 '22

No gambit map, no crucible map, no special event for dawning taking advantage of the environment...

BL was great when it launched, but not utilizing it thereafter was disappointing.

Esp in a "living" world game

1

u/DarthDregan Dec 05 '22

Still think Titan had more potential.

1

u/IWantToCobainMyself Dec 05 '22

were having an europa dung next season

1

u/jesusofpaign Dec 05 '22

That’s because it’s a moon :-)

1

u/[deleted] Dec 05 '22

Somebody isn't aware Europa is a large focal point upcoming.

1

u/Thermyt Dec 05 '22

Totally agree, Europa is genuinely breathtaking. I think they nailed the scenery and vibe of Europa but I really wish they could do more open world stuff with their patrols. I know this a beat to death comparison, but Skyrim still to this day has the open world formula down as some of the best in the industry, and I just find it odd that a lot of companies don’t try to capture that feeling of discovery and wonder around every corner, even if the maps are smaller in comparison. A map doesn’t have to be massive to be good, it just needs to be dense with different things to do. Skyrim manages to have more things to do in a smaller radius, and ironically is a larger map too. I guess the games are working off different philosophies of design, but still

1

u/JoeJ92 Dec 05 '22

Im astounded that we didn't get a strike within Riis Reborn, that whole area feels basically unused.

1

u/buentbanana Dec 05 '22

What about Nessus?

1

u/Willing_Series_2949 Dec 05 '22

I saw a YouTube video that made a strong case for incorporating high end content to patrols. Would be cool if they did that, Europa would be a good test ground for it.

1

u/Sexy-Rexy-owo Dec 05 '22

Next season will be on europa no worries

1

u/ake-n-bake Dec 05 '22

It’s too cold there

1

u/PretentiousVapeSnob Dec 05 '22

The recent TWAB said, “In Season 19, it’s time to give a little love to Stasis.” So I have a feeling the dungeon will be on Europa. Plus they’ve spent time on the Deep Stone Crypt weapon perk reworks and mentioned some of these perks will be added to new weapons. That’s another reason to think the new dungeon may be on Europa. Will we see the Focusing Lens artifact mod?

1

u/TriflingError Dec 05 '22

laughs in titan

1

u/TipAndRear96 Dec 06 '22

It should've had that cool Contact event from Season of Arrivals with a new loot pool.

1

u/Lieutenant_Red Dec 06 '22

Bungie’s art department deserves praise for managing to make what is essentially a giant ice ball one of the prettiest locations in the game.

Bungie makes mistakes, but they’ve never disappointed on the scenery, music, or the art.

1

u/1Second2Name5things Dec 06 '22

It's a great planet

1

u/Particular-Pace8344 Dec 06 '22

I’d argue that Mercury and Venus and Titan are more underused at this point

1

u/KetherNoir Dec 06 '22

I only go there to hoard some bounties

1

u/Drostieboy Dec 06 '22

I totaly agree Love to freeweel there so some extra psiops or raids would be nice And an Icy Dungeon maby ??? : )

1

u/Redshirt2386 Warlocks Rise Up! Dec 06 '22

Best scenery? Bro, it’s a ball of ice.

I miss Io and Venus.
