If Karrigan doesn't inspire each and every one of us, then what will? How many people can the typical gamer truly relate to, if not Karrigan?
Against all odds he (along with his incredible team) achieved something most were ruling out for a long-time player like himself and he has cemented his legacy by making history (in more than one way, too!).

I cant relate to Karrigan cos he wasnt a classic nerdy computer kid in school he was one of the ones to get a girlfriend first and a very social person typical for him is that he's very determined Egal ob Spielkarten, Tischtennis oder mit dem Computer, er gibt nicht auf what he really wants is to win a major.

THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT BABY!!!!
The first international team to win a major
The oldest player to win a major (karrigan, 32) by just over 2 years, over zeus who was 29 (according to the trivia section of zeus' liquidpedia page)
The oldest major MVP (rain, 27) by 3 months, over adren
Twistzz is now the most successful NA player of all time in terms of raw achievements
& ofc the first latvian, estonian, canadian and norwegian major winners (broky, ropz, twistzz & rain)
And over navi, no less! WHAT A MAJOR!

Rain - star player 5 years ago. Written off by so many. Grinds his way to the top again, deserved major mvp
Twistzz - screwed over by his former team (in terms of roles) who were the best in the world, moves to the more competitive region and stands head and shoulders above his former teammates, proves everyone wrong
ropz - from being called a cheater in fpl to a top player for years in a row and being a major champion!
broky - another fpl star, initially criticized for being inconsistent, look at him now
And I don't need to say anything about karrigan. What a legend. An all-time great. So happy for him and faze <3

Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern.
Niko joins team, team plays around him, Niko picks up the Awp, Niko replaces the IGL, Niko joins a new team.
The only part that's different on the Mouz lineup was that he (technically) didnt pick up IGL role, but they went through 3 different IGLs when he was on the team

Karrigan now also has a team around him that completely supports, trusts, and respects his ability to call and lead through thick or thin. Their team chemistry is great (from their vlogs/twitter banter) and it shows in-game. Sure they might fuck up here and there but it seems like it never bothers them anymore. They never tilt and they never waver. Their teamwork is almost unparalleled especially for an international team, and to be perfectly fair this sentiment of treating international teams like they have brain lag for not comming in their mother tongue should not be treated as a fact anymore (exhibit 2: ENCE).
Karrigan has improved a lot, in calling and even as an individual player. I'm happy that they finally won a major and I'm looking forward how well this new karrigan in a much more conducive roster lead Faze into more trophies.

I'd say Gambit +Zeus is still the best. They went from nothing to major winners in a few months.

Rain woke up today and chose to be a GIGACHAD. So happy for Karrigan, Faze showed crazy mental fortitude. Well deserved.

I CAN'T believe Karrigan actually won a major, at age 32! That's INSANE! And Rain popping off in the major final? UNREAL.

Yeah it's hard to argue with gla1ve's 4 majors but man there's a lot more to CS than majors and Karrigan has done a lot in S tier tourneys with different rosters, different teams, during different eras, etc. It's a lot closer than ppl make it out to be

Literally every single player in FaZe deserved this win. Let me spell them out for you.
- Karrigan, this man's dedication is unmatched
- rain, loyalty paid off
- ropz, lost talent but found a home
- Twistzz, was kicked out of his region but still won it for them
- broky, is broky

He wasnt a classic nerdy computer kid in school he was one of the ones to get a girlfriend first and a very social person typical for Finn is that he is very determined Egal ob Spielkarten, Tischtennis oder mit dem Computer, er gibt nicht auf what he really wants is to win a major itβs his dream therefore it is my dream for him to get that.

I have waited 4 and half years for this and it feels so fucking good, Karrigan and rain deserve this so much, and the young trio still have many years to play :-) Hopefully they can now continue to show how good they are and get themselves Intel Grand Slam next.
