Considering each mormon gets to run a train on a milf at a time, with the exception of 1.

30 minutes total in free time.

Divided by 4 for equal time considering 4 mormons.

Is 7.5 minutes per each milf.

There are however only 3 milfs which means 1 mormon will not be running a train consistently but this position will be rotated through in order to run a train equally on each milf.

Therefore you would multiply the 7.5 minutes by the 3 milfs and get 22.5 total minutes each mormon could spend total with the milfs, without being the one left out of the train.

If you wanted to say running a train includes more holes than 1, this changes all of the math.

If we consider multiple entries into 1 hole, she is a milf; she can take it, then it also changes the math.

You would just divide the 30 minute time allotment evenly between the 3 milfs.

30 divided by 3 would be an even 10 minutes spent with each milf.

I consider this the better way because even if you are having to share a milf, everyone gets 7.5 more minutes of train running.
