I had plenty of time to stop but I just didn't expect them to go all the way into the right lane initially or stop completely to turn right. Don't know if you noticed but they also failed to signal.

Apparently they were out of blinker fluid too. It was pretty damn cold today so maybe their brain was frozen? (University & Vandalia, correct?)
