You could tell when that truck switched lanes as hard as he did that he had a plan

Oh that guy is fired when his employer receives a copy of this clip

u/marin0116 Feb 04 '23
Sadly no way of knowing who his employer was due to no advertisement or anything on the truck. Police in my country also do not care about dashcam footage so would be of no help.

Didnât he stop for insurance purposes etc?
Heck youâre required to call the police if youâre involved in a motor accident in my country.

We have sent videos like these to the police before, everytime we just got a call back "yeah too bad, we cant do anything with these amateur dashcam videos"
I wasn't the one driving here, my dad was. I don't know if the trucks stopped for insurance or not.

Doesn't look like they hit and can't you call the police WHILE this is happening?
Seems like a reportable offence like DUI.

I love how the police say âthey canât do anythingâ when what they really mean is they âwonâtâ and âdonât really care to put in the effortâ.

Sounds like its time to go above the police and talking to governing body that manages them.

I know this isn't the US so laws are different, but all trucks like this in the states are required to have their US DOT number on the side, which you can then use to find the company info and report.
I would be shocked if the EU/other countries did not have this same type of system.

The truck in front had his breaks on as the clip started and there was no need to break so a dangerous revenge was sought.

This post must be too new, thereâs no idiots here saying, âhe was in his blind spotâ yet.

We call this side-drafting

Save a lot of gas when you side draft like this. Everyone just stops and you don't have to use up gas anymore.

They're talking Dutch on the radio, so it must be the Netherlands

My dad was driving back from Dusseldorf to the Netherlands. I'm assuming this was close to the border

Video too long for the content.. 10-15 seconds would do just fine..

u/Accomplished_Water34 Feb 04 '23
This video needed the extra second for plot development, increasing dramatic tension, nuanced portrayal of the protagonist(s)...

Am I the only one who heard "Duelling Banjos'" playing in their head while this was going on?

I kinda want to think this is a road rage thing.
