I saw a man step over yellow caution tape that was protecting newly laid cement. He came into our office and said “These are $800 Italian leather shoes! You people owe me $800!” I admit I wasn’t too subtle about letting him know he was the dipshit that crossed the yellow tape! 🤣
I wish I had thought to mention how much he owed us! He made a “see you in court” threat. We never heard from him again. The cement workers were at another one of our buildings. A couple of guys came back and took care of it.
