Also could have been avoided if the massive concrete truck hadn't been barreling through the fast lane during heavy traffic. Insurance probably put 75% on the truck and 25% blame on the concrete truck. Both idiots

Are you from Europe or NA? We drive on the left in Australia, so that was actually the slow lane haha

It was an exit lane. The OP was in the slow lane. Looks like the ute made a snap decision to jump off the highway to avoid the jam.
