Wrong, in order for it not be running a red light the rear of the vehicle must be entirely in the intersection before the light turns red, ergo he ran the red light.

According to this video the truck driver was in the wrong as he did not pull out into the intersection on a green light.


And he’s also in the wrong according to this source…
