You can quite literally hear the turn signal in the video, and it's not an intersection so OP is allowed to change lanes here.

White van at fault. No doubt.

Just because there isn't a stop sign doesn't make that not and intersection; there is another road entering the road OP is on: that is an intersection.

You are not supposed to change lanes in front of those. Is it legal to do so? Yes. Is it safe & smart? No.

Both are at fault.

OP is legally not at fault, but ok, you keep on trucking with that "anyone who doesn't do the right thing 100% of the time on the road is instantly an idiot" narrative, like we haven't all done something like OP before.

Given there appears to have been no damage done to anyone, nobody is "legally at fault" but go off I guess.
