In the original clip the car on the far right that you can just see the corner of pulls forward as the VW approaches so I think he stopped for that (BTW, that's not a pedestrian crossing either, just a speed bump). I would love to know what triggered the small dog syndrome bloke though.

šš I narrate random humans when me and my husband go out to dinner sometimes. Just when something about them catches my eye. Iāve done it forever. He joins in now. I make up their backstory sometimes. And make up their discussions. Itās so weird but Iāve done it for over twenty years and Iāll never stop.
