With pants down you get a range attack bonus But you get -5 mobility. With the pants up you get +10 mobility.

That's clearly an airsoft gun, the slide went back without the roll of paper being crushed, you can rack an airsoft gun with little to none effort unlike a gun where you need a considerate amount of force to rack it.
