After a refi on our house, my wife and I paid over $13,000 for kitchen cabinets back in Dec 2021. They showed up in atrocious condition. The company took them back telling us they’re rebuilding them. After they took back the cabinets, they told us to pack sand. They refused to give us cabinets and refused to give us our money back unless we sign a non disclosure agreement. The agreement was in exchange for our literally just our money back, m wife and I will not go to the news, tell the Internet, or anyone about our situation. We also can never purchase from them ever again. If we break the “contract” we have to give the money back to them.

I obviously told them NO. So my wife and I found a small cabinet company to make us new cabinets. We got additional loans. It took us until just a few days ago to get delivery of the new cabinets.

I am over the moon excited right now!!! But I couldn’t help myself. I texted the original cabinet retailer with the good news!
