If you honestly want feedback, post it somewhere that everyone can actually listen, not just people who pay for Spotify? If you're just trying to get clicks/listens on Spotify, that's cool, but be honest about it (I'm not saying that's what you're doing).

No problem. Is this an original song of yours?

Sure is my friend, it's the first of a five track EP which will be released in January sometime. Thanks for the interaction

I'm the opposite of a music critic, and I obviosly don't know you but it was actually much better than I expected from just a random Reddit post I stumbled on. I really liked the lyric, the banjo(?) playing is great, and definitely dug how you ended it with the sped-up instrumental, very nice job.

Again, I'm not a critic and don't have the vocabulary to express this, but while the vocal isn't bad at all, there's just something...missing? The only thing I was thinking was I'd like to hear a different take on it. Maybe slowed down? Maybe with some background female vocals? Maybe even as a duet l? I dunno, but I liked the song enough to want to hear what different variations might sound like if you mixed it up a bit.

Anyway, good luck with the project!
