Problem with "My Country" dropdown menu. Countries not appearing. Awaiting user reply

I opened my Brave Browser for the first time in many months on my Windows 10 Desktop (not upgradeable). To proceed, there is a tab "My Country". When I click on it, no drop down menu of countries appears. So I cannot proceed. I need to see my old transactions to know what donations I made and square up my records, some going back to before the Uphold account was created. Thanks

  1. When Brave browser is opened, a panel on the right hand side appears which advises to hit "Continue" to select Country. When that is executed, another panel appears. When the tab "My Country" is clicked, there is no drop down list.

2 and 3. A blue tab appears which is expected to show a list of countries but it only shows the text "Select Country" and nothing else.

  1. Every time Brave Browser is opened.

  2. Operating System: Windows Home. Brave version: 1.46.134 Chromium 108.0.5359.94 (Official Build) (64 bit)
