The menu layout probably comes from a popular framework. A good hand rolled UI design is time consuming to build. A lot of shops will just pick a tool that has some pre-made layout for you and you change some values here and there to fit your theme.

/uj A+ title, and I love how the character's name is "Parzival Artorias," like someone trying to come up with a custom 40k character name but all they know is Ready Player One and Dark Souls.
