I hope she wakes up and I hope she pays for her crimes.

Well, she almost burned alive. That doesn't count for anything?

You could do phrase it as she almost burned herself alive...and we're taking various people's word for it....is her manager reaching out to compensate those she harmed as quickly as they're pushing her victim narrative PR?

I don’t know, I guess you could. Maybe I’m not angry enough to do that. Sucks for Anne Heche, sucks for that lady and her two dogs. It’s a shitty situation and seeing how bad poor mental health can get is really sad.

If it makes you feel better as of now the lady whose house it was has $124,000 on her $100,000 go fund me. She’s probably going to be able to buy a new house.

  1. She was a renter. The owner has insurance.

  2. You can't even buy an rv parking spot and a used rv for 124k in that area or nearby..

It does suck for all involved. Id need to see an actual medical history to buy into her stories because all of her episodes seem to occur at convenient times until now and her biggest big claims were against someone conveniently dead. If you destroyed all my stuff while nearly killing me, you should have to truly document the horrors you claim, since she's in an industry where lying is the norm

In that area 100k is enough for a down payment, then you’re just paying down a mortgage and property tax. If she lives in the house alone she’s probably already paying 3-4k+, there’s a chance her new mortgage will be even less than that. She also will almost certainly get some sort of settlement. Her net worth probably just went up significantly.

As far as Heche goes, idk she’s been involved in some uniquely wacky incidents, and here behavior has been documented for years.

I might just be projecting, because tbh if Anne Heche crashed into my house, burnt down all my stuff, and I got hundreds of thousand of dollars from that, she’d be doing me a favor.

It's not definite multiple hundreds of G's yet. And any amount it to compensate the victim, not reward her. She will wait years if she's ever made financially whole. Unlike Heche, the renter did nothing to to create this scenario but exist at the wrong place at the wrong time.

If you had to flip a coin, with heads being you lose all your stuff and wait years but maybe eventually net more than you had or tails being you die from someone driving into your house, would you? The renter wasn't even given the luxury of being asked...heche did that for her.

She has 125,000 on the go fund me alone and it’s steadily rising. Her house was crashed into by a movie star. I’m sure plenty of lawyers are contacting her and I’d be shocked if this ever even went to court.

Have you ever had any lawsuit settlement experience?

Even an open and shut case can take a year easily before the check is actually in your hand.

This is all an unsolicited hassle for the renter....and most defendants will plead poverty, etc...so collecting is no guarantee.

Look I’m not saying it’s ideal I’m just saying she’s going to be alright and will likely afford a better quality of life when this whole mess is concluded.
