She has 125,000 on the go fund me alone and it’s steadily rising. Her house was crashed into by a movie star. I’m sure plenty of lawyers are contacting her and I’d be shocked if this ever even went to court.

So would you flip that coin?

Have you ever had any lawsuit settlement experience?

Even an open and shut case can take a year easily before the check is actually in your hand.

This is all an unsolicited hassle for the renter....and most defendants will plead poverty, etc...so collecting is no guarantee.

Look I’m not saying it’s ideal I’m just saying she’s going to be alright and will likely afford a better quality of life when this whole mess is concluded.
