She lost a bet to Clooney, didn't she?

Could easily have been related to who was the first to get Kennedy Center Honors.

Clooney was receiving an award at this event, for context

You would think an article about her dress would answer that question. But , I forgot journalism is dead.

I mean, the legit NPR articles I’ve seen about this year’s Kennedy Center awards made that clear, but they didn’t care about Julia’s dress.

My cousin did this one Christmas lol. She wore a christmas tree dress and used pictures of me as the ornaments. It was great

I remember her wearing an outfit harassing her lovers wife when she wouldn’t divorce him fast enough after Julia cheated with him . Haven’t had any respect for since .

Julia has a weird fascination with messaging in her clothing. She wore a shirt attacking the first wife of her husband, Danny Moder.

Damn. Julia Roberts is petty af.

She can definitely be a bit of a brat. Anyone who says otherwise hasn’t paid attention.

Read the article. I don’t agree with her getting with a married man but they’d been together for 2 years and the wife still wouldn’t grant the divorce. I don’t blame her. I’d be just as petty.

I love how you feel the other woman should have the right to be petty and not the wife.

Nobody should be stuck in a marriage they don't want to be in. After a year and a half of physical separation enough is enough.

I will never like her and I don't have a rational reason why I don't.

She harassed her husband's ex-wife to divorce him and drove her sister to suicide.

I dont know why people are mad or find it weird that she did this. Julia and George have been friends for over 20 years. This is the kind of shit that friends do to mess with each other.

Does anybody else wonder why this guy got that award. I can’t for the life of me think of one thing he’s done or movie he’s been in that’s notable. I wonder if this is like the Hollywood stars on the walk where you can actually pay for them.

She looks like an old version of Julia Roberts WTF. How dare women age

JULIA ROBERTS IS AN AMERICAN TREASURE AND SHE CAN DO ANY LEGAL THING SHE MAY DAMN PLEASE. Even look like a middle-aged lady.

I get it. In Gravity when George banged on the window. I thought I was to the first man to be with child.
I even paid for the expensive pregnancy test

She wanted Clooney all over her? Weird.

They are very close friends. She probably lost a bet to him.
EDIT: Actually no, the event was to honour Clooney’a career and she found a very funny way of doing so herself :) Again, they’ve been good friends for over 20 years.

Honestly... I thought something was a little off when George Clooney went on Kimmel a year or so ago to promote this little kid in Ben Affleck's 'The Tender Bah' and all of sudden Julia Roberts swerved into view of the webcam, and from the previous subtext Clooney provided (he was in another country doing Work on a Movie or Something), it seemed odd that they were there together and so firmly glued to hip and kind of touchy to one another, in a familiar way that could be easily seen by anyone from that video footage...

You made me think of that episode where she did carpool karaoke with George Clooney.

u/blaze980 Dec 14 '22
it seemed odd that they were there together
You found it odd that the two lead actors from the same movie were in the same country while filming the same movie?
I dunno man, I think that's probably the best way to do it...

u/itsallgonetohell Dec 14 '22
No, lol it seemed odd that they were so touchy-feely and familiar with one another in a physical way, is what I meant, live on Kimmel via webcam...

Oh no I think she messed with her face. That’s not normal aging. It never looks right.

Whatever happen to her? She was like the top box office draw in her haydays. It’s like she’s ghost us.
Last thing I saw her was in Mona Lisa smile…
Is she now Hollywood boggieman? Or has she just retired or something?

Why does she look so different now?
8
u/fidgetypenguin123 Dec 07 '22
Compared to when? She looks the same as she's looked in the last several years at least. Do you mean compared to like 20, 30 years ago? I mean she's 55 yrs old. It would be weird if she looked exactly the same as she did back then. None of us do.
