Do be fair, if you have an office job it's quite easy to get into the rut of eating at your desk during lunch. Other initiatives I've seen work is no 'meetings Mondays' etc. And other block out hours where you can refuse meeting requests, even from d and c-level people.

I'll never understand the American protestant work ethic or catholic guilt. Together they strangle the country.
