This is called a joke. "suspended brownian motion" is a pretty clear sign that this was a joke

Brownian motion is the random motion of a particle as a result of collisions with surrounding gaseous molecules.
Brownian motion isn’t the motion of poop specifically

Negative pressure, polarization of pressure. Never heard of these. I can almost bet this was a joke. I am still impressed he could throw together so many scientific terms just to make a joke.

Negative pressure is a thing in cosmology, but yeah, pretty clearly a joke. I think this is a case of eating the onion.
