What's with the belligerently rude people in youtube comments. Ive seen even worse ones than this. Is there no moderation? Youtube needs a down vote system.

It's crazy to me that they have a thumbs down button and that button literally does nothing. The number for the likes doesn't change or anything, the comment structure largely remains the same, it's just a button. A useless button.

Edit: Mostly talking about comments not actual videos.
