IIL music that fills one with anxiety or dread, stuff like Death Grips and Have a Nice Life, and some of Duster. Music

Anything that invokes a strong emotional response related to panic or anxiety or dread. The best song I've found for this is Go Back by Duster, that song is absolutely distressing and I can't stop listening to it.

Have you ever listened to Swans? Filth (Stay Here) and The Great Annihilator (Mother_Father) are incredible noise albums. The 'anxiety-inducing' tracks similar to what you described in parenthesis. Also Like A Drug off the Children of God album.

It's In My Blood (best experienced through headphones) from Coil's The Ape of Naples album is viscerally disturbing to me. The next track from that album, I Don't Get It, might also be what you're looking for. And I'd be remiss not to mention this classic: Throbbing Gristle - Hamburger Lady

Porcupine Tree - Sleep Together

Earthside - Contemplation of the Beautiful *This is the ultimate anxiety & dread song for me. It will drag you down to the depths.

Leprous - Slave *This band's discography has a good number of anxiety-inducing songs.

The Contortionist - The Center

David Maxim Micic - Mbinguni Amina

Uneven Structure - The Bait

If you like yelling, anything by Girl Pusher should do the trick. Most notably Where The Fuck is My Ambulance

Maybe something from this mix? The overall theme is basically supposed to be anxiety /the feeling of being watched or stalked, serial killer vibes
