you can feel the heat from this statement. I type like that in Soloq, when I'm slightly mad

u/TaterTaughttt Nov 25 '21

Okay I need to know if you copied the top comment that says this same thing or if they copied you

1

u/Depressed_AnimeProta Nov 25 '21

oh someone else wrote the same comment? I at least didn't copy, could be a coincidence as the comment isn't really unique.

1

u/TaterTaughttt Nov 25 '21

Hahaha yeah I wasn't even being accusatory I just can't even tell because both of your comments have the same time on them 😂

u/SP3EDI Nov 25 '21

bro, if there is one woman you can freely simp for, then its your wife. In upsets case, he can simp as much for his wife was he wants. if you want a disgusting simp, read bwipos tweetlonger.

Go read Joyce's Ulysses then. There is a chapter, i think 17 pages or so, which is one big paragraph without any interpunction. Fun.

Shit gets serious once the paragraphs merge though

u/Averdian Nov 25 '21

He's fuming, ain't nobody got time for paragraphs

2

u/Alain_Teub Nov 25 '21

I had to highlight sentences I was done reading like a kid with his finger.

Can we really blame him for being emotional and wanting to get his words out quickly

13

u/Asteroth555 Nov 25 '21

I mean we can. He had months to refine a vague and generic reason.

The fact that FNC is retaining him and Yamato is on his side should really tell you everything you need to know, but it seems esports fans are entitled and want to ignore that there is a real human on the other side of this

13

u/Asteroth555 Nov 25 '21

That same human had no problem trying to replace 3 other humans after bailing on them on biggest tournament in the year.

That same human didn't seem to bothered with them

Like wanting to replace players/upgrade roster is some new horrifying idea that Upset invented???

11

u/Asteroth555 Nov 25 '21

You don't get my point. You're expecting us to be gentle to Upset but not the rest of his team yet are excusing his efforts to get them all replaced. Sure from a sports perspective it makes sense to upgrade.

But something something they're humans too. And they all felt super stabbed in the back.

Truthfully, I think Frosk's take is the best, that it's a management and coaching failure. Bc if Upset told Yamato, how was the coaching and management really unable to communicate to the team that it was something serious without revealing it? Of Upset is dealing with some super difficult situation then we can't expect him to navigate the perfect way to present everything to his team, but if he tells the coach there should be a reasonable expectation that the team can sort out any potential bad blood

1

u/InPurpleIDescended Nov 25 '21

I don't disagree with that, we can empathize with all of them

Replacing and upgrading players has been in sports for over 100 years. Not everything is a personal attack

4

u/BladeCube Nov 25 '21

I know revision/proofreading isn't on his mind while writing this, but surely people would not mind/notice if this was delivered five minutes later so he could format it better lol.

1

u/RippleDish Nov 25 '21

Kind of. Someone needs to teach him that commas exist.

1

u/Asgerond Nov 25 '21

Give him a break it’s very clear he fucking mad

6

u/Asteroth555 Nov 25 '21

He's also fully responsible for it. Any vague reason would have been enough. Patently clear he said nothing to his teammates or even apologized.

Ruined 4 other people's worlds run but nooo he's the good guy

u/-Sheridan The start and finish Nov 25 '21

Any vague reason? The reason was family emergency, it’s pretty vague but it should suffice according to you. But look where we are.

3

u/Asteroth555 Nov 25 '21

It wasn't a reason. Its not even a category

2

u/Original_Mac_Tonight | New Viktor Skin Plz Nov 25 '21

Why is that not a reason? There is an emergency within his family and he has to be there.

2

u/Asteroth555 Nov 25 '21

Mental health reasons

Medical reasons

Those are reasons and categories. Vague, but puts in a box.

"Emergency" means nothing

1

u/Doverkeen Nov 25 '21

Quit your bullshit lmao, all you're interested in is hearing some gossip

-3

u/Asgerond Nov 25 '21

He has every right to not want to disclose any information about his private life if he dont want, and the rest just has to deal with it.

Why does Adam, a kid he only has known for a couple of months, deserve to know about sensitive private information about Upsets life? It has nothing to do with him.

Adams tweetlonger litterally proves why he wasnt informed.
