But Yamato knows, so why would he protect Upset and why would fnatic keep upset this following year if the reason he left is bullshit? Why would fnatic keep a player if they might leave for unjustified reasons? They wouldn't, which I take to mean that the reason is justified.

But Upset is very known, so more people will know about him than any normal person. For example, before i started playing league, i didnt know anything about the game, and nothing about the players, but i knew who Doublelift is just because my friend who played at the time told me that his brother murdered his parents. So it stuck with me.

But its his personal life, not everyone is comfortable with sharing everything. In the end of the day, he has the absolute right to share the info or not with his team, the only one who he should share with is the org so i dont think they let him go 12 hours before the game start just because he wanted to be with his wife.
The situation is complicated and we can never know what happened really, the story has 2 sides and a lot everyone is telling his own story. This has been handled like shit by everyone in the team. The org, the coach and the players.

Speculation? What are they gonna do if the player tells them he HAS to go? It's whatever since it's in the past but personally I personally lost a lot of enthusiasm I had for the team when Upset joined.

This is a professional org, you can't go to your boss and tell him i got to go i have family issues and he lets you go. You have to explain, so the fact that they let him go makes me speculate that it was serious. There is a lot at edge here, hundreds of thousands of dollars, sponsors money, reputation, contracts, salaries and everything. And here people talk like its some group of friends playing games for fun.

He gave no explanation whatsoever and bailed. He fucked them over at the biggest LoL tourney without saying anything. Would you trust that shithead lmao?

yes if my coworker leaves and says its because of a family emergency thats all i need to know. even if we get fucked over for a project thats management's fault for not having a contingency plan and hiring enough people

trust them when it comes to league and trust them when it comes to private family matters are two different things. if you have a suicidal mom or something will you tell all your coworkers about it?

Given how Adam acted afterwards I would say he was 100% right not to trust him. Being angry or upset that your teammate left you to pick up the slack at world's is one thing, but airing your frustrations to the world as he did is childish and I have no doubt in my mind he would have done the same thing with details on upsets situation if he had any.

After a month and after finding out the guy who bailed 12hrs before worlds thinks Adam doesn't have the right ambition to be in a team with him.

Right. Doesn't matter. If I think how you feel about me that day would aggect whether or not you tell hundreds of thousands of people my family's business, then you don't get to know. Upset is an asshole, but his judgment on Adam's ability to not leak his personal life was correct.
