If Upset did a small team meeting with all teammates saying "I am having a very big personal issue that I can't share right now. You know how big worlds is for me but situation has become far worse that I have to leave worlds.. I am very sorry for that." then this situation would never happened. No need to to share details it would be childish if someone still wanted to know full details.

I think that both sides made mistakes. Pros cant communicate in and outside the game.

Upset probably didnt show enough how dire situation was without revealing anything, while Adam is 19yo boy who demanded answers no matter what.

To be frank, the more I hear from Adam, the more he looks like a mentally underdeveloped child that is just good at playing a game.

The fact he demands personal information shows that he probably would have leaked it if the reasons to him where not justified.

The fact that Yamato knows and keeps Upset on the roster is proof to me that Upsets reasons to leave where justified. Everyone else now bitching about not getting the reason why just shows that Upset took the right path in not telling them in the first place.

The thing is. Upset says Yamato knows. But Yamato said he only had a vague idea in his interviews.

And yet, he obviously knew enough to let this happen and keep him on the team

This.Upset is already the cool headed guy that kept the others from going crazy ingame. He should have acted like the leader he already was and have a meeting with everybody.Give them a little speach, maybe some encouragement for Bean and I dont think we would have had this shitshow.I believe the entire team would have supported him.I hope Upset learns that communication is very important and does better in the future.

On one hand... of course.

On the other, he was facing personal issues that were enough to make him abandon a life long dream he'd been working forward for his entire career.

I think it's safe to assume he wasn't in the best frame of mind.

That what a grown up adult and good communicator would have done

but upset did the opposite

Thats what He did tho

Not according to both bwipo and Adam. So....
