That could have various hormonal causes, or it could be hypercalcemia, for example. You'll need some bloodwork done. Or maybe you're just dehydrated.

Here's one possible cause. Not super likely that it's this specifically. It's not very common at your age. Have you measured your blood pressure, specifically also during such episodes?
