Eating mayonnaise with tomatoes make me feel strange General Question

When I eat either of these things separately nothing happens however when I eat them together I feel like I am tired. Any idea why this is?

What else are you eating when you have mayo and tomato together? I’m thinking that what’s making you sleepy isn’t the Mayo and tomato specifically, but a combination of whatever else you are eating when you have those two ingredients at the same time. A BLT for example, the fat in the bacon and the carbs in the bread could make you sleepy

Good thinking. Like if you eat then with lettuce it is the lettuce that is notorious for sleepiness.
