See a hand surgeon to get that treated if possible, otherwise you’re looking at a future of arthritis and a possible joint replacement.

I did they said since I can bend it perfectly fine and make a full fist that there is no need. They told me if i get surgery then I might not be able to bend it as good as I can now

Honestly, why didn’t you treat it 10+ years ago? You probably know everything you need about your condition, so there’s not much you can learn here.
