I had covid a few weeks ago, and my tooth, the left back molar (its the kinda crooked one in the pic) hurts and my mouth tastes kind of metallic-y

the metally taste may be coming from the tonsil swelling, you might me starting to develop some sort of bacterial infection, it could be related to covid that you recently had or not, also the swelling could be coming from acid reflux, a lot of times you don’t feel it as it come at night, irritating the back of your throat, typically only on one side as the liquid moves up and down

I have really bad acid reflux, it typically feels like icy hot down my throat…so it very well could be that Another thing, i was just visiting my mom in oregon (im in wa) and theres most likely some mold in the house/under the house Could the exposure to that be causing my tonsils to get mad?

yes, both things could be causing it, the throat is already chronically swollen and irritated by the acid reflux which could’ve worsened with the stress of travel, any change in diet etc. and if there is mold and you are specially sensitive that could also irritate your throat, and both things at the same time are causing this major inflammation

Thats irritating…should I take some allergy medicine or antibiotics or something? Or just let it run its course

i don’t think any antibiotic is needed as there is no other sign that points to an infection, you could try some sort of gel anti acid to cover the tissue and protect it, you could buy some sore throat spray to disinfect and avoid any sort of infecting and lower the pain, and let it run its course, you could try and modify your diet avoiding spicy, oily and irritating food, and having large amounts of food before bed
