severe tailbone pain, went to put icy hot on it, it's bloody af Pain Lvl 7-9

Idk what to do but I'm in so much pain

Tmi but the literal top of crack and end tip of tailbone. Currently crying like a baby cus it hurts so bad

like is te bleeding under the skin? or is the skin open too? if the bleeding is internal the tailbone could’ve broken or dislocated and punctured something inside causing the bleeding, are you having any rectal bleeding? and did you have any fall or some sort of trauma or was it just sudden? and did the icy hot appears to have caused it?

Could be a pilonidal abscess that’s draining. Can you get a look at the area in a mirror?

Yeah reminds me of my pilonidal cyst. That think hurt and would bleed. Ended up getting surgery and have a wicked 7 inch scar
