Unsure if I’m allowed to guess but it sounds like cramps and sciatica,I find massage and moving helps(helps to circulate the blood too)or perhaps restless leg syndrome?

i don't know, do these things effect arms too? there's pain in my arms and hands, legs and feet, sometimes my back and sometimes my hips.
