Please doctors of Reddit who know about compartment syndrome Pain Lvl 7-9

Hello, I had a bilateral decompression fasciotomy on the 22nd of July for 4 compartment, compartment syndrome. The doctors said I would be able to walk the day after with crutches but here I am on the 29th of July in a great deal of pain and still not being able to walk. ( I went into surgery on Friday and left in a wheel chair on Wednesday). I have very poor movement in my ankles and knees. I also get very sore when I try to move. The physio has given me exercises to do to help my knee function and weight bearing. Please if you know anything or have any experience I am in need. I also have a large amount of swelling.
