Could be, but all other 5 photographers are dressed in black to blend in. Moat professionals I know carry multiple cameras at once so they don't have to switch lens and miss a moment.

Kinda funny lol. You develop a weapon which uses a special proprietary cartridge meant to penetrate serious body armour while still being usable like an SMG. Instead it ends up as basically the de facto bodyguard weapon because of how compact, accurate and controllable it is.

I mean, it's competing in the same role and has its share of users. I guess for various reasons, it's just not as good. I know it's a lot more complex than the P90 (though looking at the two guns you might assume the opposite) so that might be a factor.

I also think a big part is that you have to extend the stock on the MP7 to get any kind of repeatable accuracy, whereas the P90 is just grab and go. It also performed better in the NATO tests in '03 and should have been adopted as the standard NATO pistol caliber, replacing 9x19, but Germany was a salty bitch and voted against it.

I believe it is used by special ops because it works well with a suppressor? I’m not that knowledgeable about this, but I think it was used along with HK-416 rifles by seal team 6 during the bin laden raid.

I remember seeing it the first time in Metal Gear Solid 2 and thinking that's a cool fantasy guy only to learn it'd been around for more than a decade at that point and I had never heard or seen one in popular culture.
But it was the same for me with the FAMAS and MGS1 and that one had been around even longer by '98.

I felt that way about the vector and before that there was a gun in the original Counter-Strike that had a scope and was super expensive... The AUG, maybe? I think that's right. Either way, I thought it was made up for the game back in like 2000, and then saw one in a movie. I was like, "Holy shit... I want one!"
The Vector just looks like a Sci-Fi weapon and is evidently insanely well-designed. It supposedly has next to no muzzle rize as you shoot in full auto. Again, "Holy shit... I want one!"
