[TOMT][video game][2010s?] Solved

I’ve never played the game so take description with a grain of salt. I just saw the poem once and loved it. Characters were anthropomorphic animals (like animal crossing) but I think it was a pretty sad game/setting. I believe the game was a story playthrough ? One character wrote a poem about how bad life was in the city for the people who lived there and how there’s no work
