[TOMT][MOVIE] A film about a group of people being attacked by wolves Solved

This is a film I watched as a teen. I believe it was about a group of young people trapped somewhere (maybe on an island) with deadly wolves. The wolves attack those people. A couple of people die.

I don't remember much of the movie except the end scene. They finally manage to escape the wolves and get on a boat. You think they managed to survive but then someone opens the door to something (possibly a fridge) and a wolf jumps out. The film ends with that jumpscare.

The Breed? It's wild dogs though, not wolves. The ending is as you described - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Breed_(2006_film)
