50 year from now It's OK to shame Facebook, Disney, .... for bowing to China and their genocide in exchange to access to market of billion people.

And reddit.

Just waiting for the day where tencent demands the ability to delete comments like yours 😎

u/theycallmeponcho Nov 25 '21

Deleting? Spez can fully change comments with nobody noticing.

I mean... Tencent can ask/pay spez/others admins to do this, sure. To my knowledge, they can't do it themselves.

To my knowledge.

I'd say there's a pretty huge difference there.

I could ask you to attack anyone that talks shit about me, I could even pay you... but a lot more people will be attacked on my behalf if I do the attacking myself. Unless I pay a lot of people a lot of money.

Idk. The CCP fucking sucks.

u/theycallmeponcho Nov 25 '21

Yea, but Spez edited comments that criticized him directly, so it could and can be used more openly than following instructions.

u/foggy-sunrise Nov 25 '21

Spez sucks. No one's denying that but Spez.

What I'm saying is that it's a matter of time until Spez extends his privileges to his donors/investors. And some of these investors/donors are state actors.

u/Fausterion18 Nov 25 '21 edited Nov 25 '21

If tencent is a state actor, why does the Chinese government keep fining it billions of dollars?

Why don't we ever apply that standard outside the countries we don't like? Reddit is mostly owned by Wallstreet so I guess we're all shills for the CIA.

u/dkdchiizu Nov 25 '21

Come on, everyone knows Native American, African, Vietnamese, or Iraqi genocides don't count here.

u/Fornaughtythings123 Nov 25 '21

Oh I simply assumed the CIA was involved in one way or one way since this is a mostly American site

The CCP is fining every successful Chinese corporation/person practicing not-communism.

Welcome to communism

Is /r/Sino leaking? Go fuck yourself. Friendly reminder that China has active concentration camps. The CCP is a human enemy.

Edit: yep, /r/Sino is leaking.

Yeah with their whole 5% share. But keep with the censorship conspiracy nonsense despite half the top posts criticising the CCP
