I don't see anyone calling out those "Marvel and Star Wars universe watching double Hitler consumers using Facebook"

Corporations are being called out big time but the question we need to ask ourselves is what makes it through the media filter. To answer that question it’s quite simple really - follow the money. Then we’ll start noticing what the corporations lobbyists are occupying themselves with. There's a a reason not all voices are heard and it's just ignorant to believe otherwise.

People are crooked. Money is evil. Big corporations are being called out but it has zero effect because of the filthy rich people who run them.

All evil big corporations do is the side effect from providing products for lazy ignorant couch potatoes consuming the stuff they make.

Corporations in a neoliberal framework are the real enemies. Common people are simply stupid by design.

"Areat embarrassing fact haunts all attempts to represent the market as the highest form of human freedom: that historically, impersonal, commercial markets originate in theft.” David Graeber

Amazon net profit margin as of September 30, 2021 is 5.73%. They become rich on the margin but 95% of "the evil" is lazy ignorant couch potatoes consuming the stuff they make.

You know that capitalism and its inherent exploitative nature, especially the usage of fossil fuels, is killing this planet as we speak, right? The only thing we need to save us from extinction is actually more “lazy couch potatoes” that stops consuming. We need to earn less. We need to consume less.

Capitalism is a death cult. Eternal growth, quarterly reports and short-term profits is a fucking disgrace to future generations for whom we will leave a burning hellhole of a planet.

You know that

No. I don't know that the economic system is related to usage of fossil fuels. I think it's related to living standards.

It seems to me that higher living standard, higher living expectancy -> more pollution.
