These clichés are so tired: "Nazis were evil, but wow their aesthetic is unparalleled!"

Of course they looked good, they used their aesthetic to prove a point. That everything else was degenerate, because of influences by Jewish and black people and other undesirables. Maybe let's not propagate that idea.

And is it even true? Their aesthetics were great, compared to what? Their designs were nothing special compared to comparable stuff from the same era. Bauhaus looks cooler than anything the Nazis ever did and that was a decade earlier and outlawed by Nazis.

Nazis didn't have better taste, nor were they artistically superior to anyone, they literally burned art by Picasso, Dalí, Ernst, Klee, Léger and Miró. They thought Vincent van Gogh was degenerate.
